Goal: Require clients to book a certain amount of time in advance (e.g., 12 hours).
Where: Settings → Booking rules (or Availability settings if booking rules live there).
Steps
- Open Availablity
- Find Minimum notice.
- Choose the notice period (e.g., 2h, 12h, 24h).
- Save changes.
- Test by attempting to book a time slot that starts sooner than the notice window.
Notes
Minimum notice helps protect your schedule from last‑minute bookings. If clients say “no slots available,” verify your notice setting isn’t too strict.
