Goal: Ensure connected calendars correctly prevent double-bookings.

Where: Settings → Calendar sync.

Steps

  1. Confirm your calendar connection is active.
  2. Check you’ve selected the correct calendars.
  3. Turn on busy blocks availability.
  4. Verify the busy event is marked as busy (not free) in your external calendar.

  1. Confirm your timezone matches your calendar timezone.
  2. Refresh/reconnect calendar sync and retest.
