Goal: Define how late clients can cancel or reschedule and what you allow.

Where: Settings → Policies (or Booking rules).

Steps

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Find Cancellation window and set the number of hours/days allowed.
  3. Find Reschedule window and set the number of hours/days allowed.
  1. Add any policy text shown to clients
  1. Save changes.
  2. Test by viewing your booking page or a booking confirmation screen.

Notes

Clear policies reduce last-minute changes. Keep policy text short, specific, and visible before clients confirm a booking.
