Goal: Define how late clients can cancel or reschedule and what you allow.
Where: Settings → Policies (or Booking rules).
Steps
- Go to Settings.
- Find Cancellation window and set the number of hours/days allowed.
- Find Reschedule window and set the number of hours/days allowed.
- Add any policy text shown to clients
- Save changes.
- Test by viewing your booking page or a booking confirmation screen.
Notes
Clear policies reduce last-minute changes. Keep policy text short, specific, and visible before clients confirm a booking.
